I don't only think that it isn't just possible, but not even necessary to write more about Aluisio Abranches' "Do Começo ao Fim" than the above extract. All you need to begin and end with it, is there. And I don't care if there are some awkward moments, and I don't care if it is about incestuous love between two brothers (which, yes - in real life is most unlikely to happen like this). As it lies there in those lines, it's a love so strong and pure that it deserves to be treated with respect, though we could not even begin to understand it...
